An STL contains geometry but does not contain the complete manufacturing plan. A real slicer considers walls, layers, infill, support structures and printer profiles before estimating weight and duration.

Automatic slicing cannot decide every real-world issue. We inspect printability, orientation, supports, model damage and current scheduling before confirming the production price.

Does the estimate include delivery?+
The first print estimate excludes delivery. A delivery option and location are selected when generating the personalised quotation.
Are supports included in the estimated weight?+
When automatic slicing succeeds, the extracted filament usage includes generated support material for that slicing profile.
Why can the final price change?+
Manual review may identify orientation, support, repair, scheduling or manufacturing requirements that the automated estimate cannot confirm.
