Material and geometry matter
A printed replacement may need thicker walls, different radii or a changed print orientation rather than copying an injection-moulded part exactly. We discuss obvious manufacturing risks during review.

Limits and responsible use
We may decline safety-critical, highly loaded or unsuitable components. Customers must also have the right to reproduce any protected design, logo or branded product submitted for printing.

Can you copy a broken plastic part?+
Often, provided there is enough geometry and measurement information to model it. Send photographs, dimensions and its intended use for review.
Do I need an STL?+
No. If you do not have a printable model, submit a modelling request with references and measurements.
Will the printed part be as strong as the original?+
Not automatically. Strength depends on material, geometry, layer direction, temperature and loading, so each functional part requires review.
